Our Process

Discovery
1. Book discovery call with a member of the EverGreen Advisor Team

2. Once appointment is booked & prior to call our team will begin to research your company just to get an idea of your brand & identity.

3. During our 45 min discovery call, our team will take you through a detailed list of questions to understand your culture and the role you are looking to fill.

4. Discuss our core services & any additional add-on services that fit your hiring needs

Search & Interview
1. Once services + add-ons are selected, our team will send over our contingency client agreement via e-sign.
​
2. Once signed on, our team will immediately begin the recruiting core & candidate vetting processes
​
3. During our search, there will be daily & weekly check-ins on current & new candidates screened plus access to detailed notes by your EverGreen Advisor to prepare for your interview with candidates ( no worries, Evergreen handles all calendars & interview scheduling )​

4. Once top 2-3 candidates are chosen, EverGreen will begin thorough vetting process to narrow list and prepare for final interviews & placement

Placement & Closing
1. Once final candidate is chosen and interview is scheduled, EverGreen will begin prepping offer letters, 1st day procedure, & signed HR paperwork.

2. Once signing package is completed, the EverGreen team will send over package to you, along with coordinating team members 1st day.
